After updating the UPLLC PPM presentation with 2017 CPARs data and creating the 2017 UPLLC CPARs Report Card, the following chart was created when applying the same calculations to previous year's CPARs metrics.

  • The first chart shows the rated area's overall weighted average by year.
  • The second chart shows the rated area's rating percentage distribution for each rating by year with data labels and trend lines for "Exceptional" and "Satisfactory" ratings.

REGULATORY COMPLIANCE: CPARS Rating Area Historical Trending

  • The first chart shows the rated area's overall weighted average by year.
  • The second chart shows the rated area's rating percentage distribution for each rating by year with data labels and trend lines for "Exceptional" and "Satisfactory" ratings.

Roll-up Factors: In looking at the rated CPAR area detailed roll-up, the number of "Exceptional" ratings is continually falling, and the number of "Satisfactory" ratings is continually rising in every rated area.

After analyzing the data, we see that each year there is a notable shift in the number of "Exceptional" and "Satisfactory" ratings:
